PoloDomains provide both Basic Email and Microsoft 365 mail

 

This page is about basic email accounts for your domain, Microsoft 365 mail is a different type of product (Does what basic does and more), it is a separate product that provides office integration (Online versions of Word, excel, powerpoint, etc) as well as device sync and shared online calendars, for more about Microsoft 365, please click here

 

basic email on the other hand is part of our cPanel hosting plans, Economy, Delux and Ultimate hosting plans come with 100, 500, and 1000 email accounts respectively (You probably don't need this many)

 

Basic email includes spam filters, webmail access, mail application access (On your phone or PC), and everything else you expect from your email application

 

Mail application access supports POP and IMAP

 

There are size limitations to basic email, workarounds around those limitations include

• Using POP instead of IMAP
• Using a third party service such as gmail to keep your inbox size at check.
